Letting fees for Sonning Common Village Hall and Kidmore End War Memorial Hall from 1st April 2023
Including hall, kitchen, tables and chairs.
Additional cleaning required after an event will be charged to the hirer at cost + 50%.
Community and Charitable Organisations (minimum 2 hours)
Monday – Friday @ £12.00 per hour
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays @ £13.00 per hour
Private Hire (Minimum 2 hours)
Monday- Friday @ £14.00 per hour
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays @ £15.00 per hour.
Parties (minimum 4 hours)
Whatever day @ £16.00 per hour.
MUGA hire fees
Daytime until 5pm @ £20 per hour (incl of VAT)
Floodlit and evenings after 5pm @ £45 per hour (incl of VAT)
To use Memorial Park for a fee earning event/activity this will be charged at £12.00 per hour (incl of VAT)
TO USE MEMORIAL PARK FOR ANY EVENT/ACTIVITY WILL REQUIRE PERMISSION FROM SONNING COMMON PARISH COUNCIL
